The BONEMORE study · February 2026
194 women aged 65–79 with osteopenia or osteoporosis, followed for 9 months. The OsteoStrong group trained 20 minutes once a week and improved Bone Material Strength Index (BMSi) by +2.9%, a statistically significant change. The comparison group did 120 minutes of dynamic multicomponent exercise a week and showed no significant change.
