Balance training, stability and mobility for older adults — coached one‑on‑one, without impact, without drugs.
Confidence on your feet comes from three things working together: strong bones, strong muscles through the hips and legs, and a nervous system that knows how to react. OsteoStrong’s weekly session loads all three at once, in a braced position where you are supported the whole time. Most members are here because they want to keep gardening, travelling, and picking up grandchildren without thinking twice — and to carry on enjoying the things they love, whether that is tennis, pickleball, golf or hiking.
Free first session, no obligation. All fitness levels welcome.

Why steadiness fades
People often describe losing confidence on stairs, on uneven ground, or turning quickly. Underneath that are changes you can actually train.
The muscles that catch you when you stumble are the same ones that weaken fastest with age and inactivity. Strength here is what buys you the split second to recover.
Stronger bone does not stop a stumble, but it is the structure everything else pulls against — and it is the reason a trip and a serious injury are not the same event.
How you hold yourself changes where your weight sits. Loading the spine and hips in a good position trains alignment as well as strength.
What it looks like
Four positions on the Spectrum equipment, each held for a few seconds, guided by a coach. You stay clothed, you do not sweat, and you are supported throughout.
Loads the arms, shoulders and upper spine from a braced position.
The hips, thighs and knees — the chain that catches you when you slip.
Postural loading through the trunk, with the coach cueing alignment.
A whole-chain position that ties the other three together.
Every membership includes the Vibe Plate. Whole-body vibration is used either side of your session to activate muscle, encourage circulation, and support the balance benefits of the work you have just done.
Who comes in
Stairs feel different, or a near-miss made you cautious. You want to train stability before it narrows what you do.
A physician or physical therapist has raised fall risk, bone density, or joint stability, and you want something structured and weekly.
Traditional weights aggravate knees, hips or shoulders. Brief, controlled, low‑impact loading is a different proposition.
You golf, hike, play pickleball or travel, and you would like to keep doing it in ten years' time.
